For those of you who love the sea and the sun then look no further. The sea is only 100m away and the sandy beach is about 2 minutes away by foot. A wide variety of watersports are on offer, that is if you can drag yourself away from the lovely pool and gardens. Why not complete your day on the sun terrace in the jacuzzi sipping a glass of wine as the sun goes down?
The accommodation at Casa Maggiorana is all on the ground floor. There are fabulous covered seating areas on outdoors. An open plan dining / kitchen area and a living room (with sofa bed for an extra person, or two small ones). Both double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. There is also a third bathroom. One the first floor there is a marvellous terrace with jacuzzi - ideal for an evening apertivo or early morning breakfast with sunrise.
Not only is the location ideal to make the most of the wonderful sea front position but also many of Sicily's gems are a short trip away. Marzamemi is a characteristic fishing village. Famed for its colourful piazzas it is full of charm and local restaurants. Other places to visit are Noto, Siracusa, Ragusa and Modica.
