Villa Stefania is in a perfect location sitting just above the sea-level piazza in Porto Rafael which is linked by a set of steps.
The main entrance leads down to the furnished and covered roof terrace where you may enjoy alfreso dining with a super view. Equipped with a hob, barbeque, fridge and dining table plus a couple of loungers this will possibly be the space most used during a stay at this popular property.
More steps lead down to the lower terrace (still with the view) and here is another dining table and chairs plus a gate that takes you down to the piazza. Glass doors enter in to the pretty whitewashed living room that also has a small kitchen area with dishwasher, 3 ring hob and large fridge freezer.
3 steps take guests up to another sitting area with one double bedroom and ensuite bathroom leading off the back of this area and another double and twin off to the right, both with their own bathrooms.
The simple furnishings are predominantly white and pale blue reminding you always that you are the seaside.
The proximity of the village centre with a couple of bars, a super little grocery shop and of course the beach make Villa Stefania a great addition to our portfolio of properties in this picture postcard village.
