Villa Sea Breeze is located in a unique location on the hillside overlooking the seaside town of Cannigione, with an extraordinary view of the gulf and the island of Caprera. This special setting allows guests to switch off and connect with the beautiful private parkland that surrounds the villa with 350 olive trees guaranteeing maximum privacy and tranquility.

From the moment you arrive at Villa Sea Breeze you will know you have made the right decision. A winding drivesway leads through the olive grove to the covered parking spaces just off the main panoramic terrace.

The house is accessed from the terrace into a sitting area where the view can be admired for those seeking a little respite from the midday sun. A lounge and dining area follow with a separate very well equipped kitchen.

Two comfortable double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, are also on ground level - one opening up on to the main terrace.

A staircase leads down to a lower level where there is a second kitchen, lounge, twin bedroom and bathroom plus a little fitness area kitted out with a small amount of equipment.

The terrace is the focal point at Villa Sea Breeze and where undoubtedly guests will spend most of their time. A shady dining area will be home to some memorable meals, aperitivi and leisurely chit-chat. The pool is surrounded by sun beds for those looking to top up their tans whilst gazing at the ever changing panorama and then taking a cooling dip in the inviting pool.

When evening comes the twinkling lights of Cannigione, the marina and across the bay are simply are hard to beat but glance upwards to admire the dark sky studded with stars to get the full magical experience.

Please note there is a drop on the far side of the pool so extra vigilance is required if travellling with small children. The terrace is home to a large bed of impressive cacti including some "sea roses", again a hazard for small children. To protect these amazing cacti, the owners ask that no ball games are played on the terrace.
