Designed by one of the leading local architects, Casa Magri sits in the lovely Sardinian macchia with sea views from the terrace. The location is perfect as guests here are just a couple of minutes walk away from the main piazzetta in Porto Rafael where both Harry's Bar and the small grocery shop are found.
Spacious and comfortable, this villa is simply decorated with white-washed walls and local furnishings. Big glass windows and doors ensure that plenty of light enters the living area that also has access to a small central courtyard.
The large and private terrace will be much appreciated and the main doors lead in to an open plan sitting area and dining space. From the dining area there are doors out to a covered part of the terrace furnished for al-fresco meals along with with a barbeque.
The kitchen leads off the dining area where there is everything needed to rustle up some tasty Sardinian fare. A laundry room is at the back of the kitchen and here there is also a shower room plus a small single bedroom.
Leading off the sitting area is the main double bedroom with a bathroom that leads through to another double bedroom. From this bedroom there is another shower room and then a twin bedroom. All three bedrooms have access to the terrace that encircles the villa and also to the internal courtyard.
Casa Magri is a great new addition to our collection of properties in Porto Rafael and the super private location is a real advantage for those staying in the village.
