Villa Laura holds a super location on the hillside in Porto Rafael with stunning sea views yet just 250 metres from the main Piazzetta. The gardens here are beautifully kept and the big lawn in front of the property is delightful for both little and big feet.
A large and shady terrace over-looks the garden and across to the shimmering sea, and this is furnished with comfy sofas and a large dining table plus barbeque for some perfect al-freso dining.
From the terrace you can access the well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a comfortable lounge area. Leading off the lounge are two suites – both with double beds and their own shower rooms.
A staircase leads down to the third bedroom where there is further double bed and shower room.
The first floor is home to a magnificent master bedroom – a big space with double bed and sitting area that is enclosed with glass windows/sliding doors with access to two small terraces so that the sea and the pool can be admired at all times of the day. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room.
The fifth bedroom is accessed externally and is set partially under the villa with its own terrace, small kitchen, double bed and shower room. Perfect for grandparents, teenagers or guests looking for a little more privacy.
The icing on the cake is the wonderful pool at the side of the property – larger than average, the surrounding area is furnished with sun beds and due to the position, the pool gets the sunshine all day.
