Villa Hibiscus

This fabulous villa offers comfort along with an amazing pool on the terrace and fantastic sea views. Located in the seaside resort of Santa Reparata, guests here can enjoy a stroll down to the sandy beach below or take a short drive into the bustling seaside town of Santa Teresa. There are a couple of seasonal restaurants with great views along with a beach bar and a small supermarket.

Villa Hibiscus has been completely renovated with a modern theme throughout. Gentle shades of creams, beiges with some Mediterranean whitewashing combined with contemporary furniture and fittings make this a very elegant property.

Steps lead up to the front of the villa where the infinity pool is located along with a large sun terrace with sunbeds and a covered dining area plus a great lounging area with sofas. The pool has been positioned so that bathers can gaze at the beach and the sea below whilst cooling off.

Accessed by glass doors the main entrance takes you in to the lounge and the well equipped kitchen without taking away any of the glorious panorama.

A staircase leads from the lounge up to the second level where there are 4 bedrooms - 2 doubles with ensuite bathrooms and terraces overlooking the pool, and 2 singles that share a bathroom.

The fifth bedroom is accessed externally from the side of the house via some steps - this is a double with ensuite bathroom and a big private terrace.

The pretty gardens that surround the villa are spacious ensuring privacy and there is a shady covered dining area to the side of the main terrace with a barbeque.
