Villa Delfino boasts a fabulous elevated position with stunning views across the sparkling sea to the Archipelago of La Maddalena. This modern and spacious villa has been lovingly restored to a very high level and the super grassy gardens are home to a beautiful pool.
The entrance leads from the private parking to the front door that opens in to the large lounge and dinging area. Sofas and armchairs look out across the gardens so that the splendid view may be admired at all times of the day. The décor is predominantly blue and white giving it a great Mediterranean feel from the moment you arrive.
Leading off the dining area is a good size separate kitchen, equipped with everything you could need to enjoy preparing and cooking some delicious local fare (fridge/freezer, full size oven, microwave oven, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle).
Leading off the lounge there are 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin) all with their own en-suite bathrooms, TV’s (Sky) and doors that open onto the terraces that surround the villa. The fourth bedroom is accessed externally and located down some steps that lead to the pool. Here there is a double bedroom, bathroom and lounge with a tiny kitchenette plus a private patio, which is also home to a table tennis table and table football.
The beautifully kept gardens are a paradise for little and big feet alike – they are securely walled ensuring privacy and safety. The gorgeous pool has a spacious sun deck with sunbeds and umbrella to protect guests from the hot midday sun making it the perfect place for a shady snooze before taking a refreshing dip.
The busy seaside town of Palau is just 4km away from Villa Delfino where there are some great restaurants to enjoy plus the ferry that runs back and forth to the fabulous Archipelago of La Maddalena.
