We are thrilled to be able to offer this beautiful private villa located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes walk away from a great sandy beach and only 4 kilometres from the bustling seaside town of Santa Teresa di Gallura.
Villa Bouganville sits in its own gardens and the property is accessed from the private parking area by 5 steps that lead on to the super terrace with lovely swimming pool. Huge sliding doors lead from the shady covered veranda into the spacious and comfortable lounge furnished and decorated in cool colours. To one side of the lounge, there is a separate kitchen area, designed to resemble a ship’s galley, beautifully finished in wood with all the cooking facilities and appliances you could possibly need.
The villa has been thoughtfully designed giving guests their own individual space – at one end of the lounge there are two double bedrooms both with ensuite shower rooms and at the other end of the lounge is another double and twin bedroom with a shared shower room. All the bedrooms and bathrooms have doors leading on the to the paved terrace that surrounds the property.
The poolside veranda is equipped with sun beds, sofas and comfy deck chairs and there is also a pretty covered dining area that overlooks the pool. At the rear of the property, there is a fantastic second dining area with large table and chairs where breakfasts, lunches and dinners may be enjoyed in the shade at any time of the day. For those looking to top up the tan, the small roof terrace offers non-stop sunshine and a great view of the bay.
The villa is part of a residential village just a few minutes drive from the town of Santa Teresa di Gallura, the most northerly tip of the island and directly in front of the clearly visible cliffs of Bonifacio in Corsica. The town offers a comprehensive choice of shops, bars, restaurants and very tempting ice-cream parlours. Even though a car is a necessity, you will be pleased to learn it is an easy walk to the beach and there is also a small supermarket and one restaurant within a 5–10 minute stroll.
Villa Bouganville offers super accommodation with a fantastic pool and if you can tear yourselves away from this great property, there is plenty of stunning coastline to visit and other pretty towns to visit.
