This Sardinian holiday home is in a prime position high up on a stunning stretch of coastline and boasts a magnificent sea-view along with a super infinity pool set in the pretty lawned gardens. The spectacular panorama can be enjoyed all day from one of the terraces, a deckchair on the poolside decking or from the sparkling pool making it hard to tear yourself away from this perfect spot.
Casa Capo d’Orso is located in a private, elegant residential area with a great sandy beach below that is shared with a local hotel. The property is divided into two buildings; the main villa which is semi-detached and a smaller charmingly designed independent apartment right next door in the same grounds. The caring owners have paid great attention to detail and both properties have been recently refurbished ensuring that they are comfortably furnished and well equipped.
Depending upon your requirements, you may choose the main house which sleeps 6 or, if your party is big enough, then you may add on the apartment, ensuring a little privacy and freedom for all concerned. The main villa is furnished in a light and airy fashion with a good kitchen including gas hob, full-size electric oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The whole living area is open-plan with a dining area and lounge area that opens out onto the lovely covered terrace with the sensational view. Leading from the dining area there is a double and twin bedroom with a new, shared shower room, and leading from the lounge, is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside you will find a super covered terrace perfect for alfresco dining and plenty of space for soaking up the sun by the magnificent pool.
The pretty apartment has a double and twin bedroom both with en-suite shower rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, gas hob and dishwasher and a small lounge area. A splendid covered patio, another perfect spot for dining alfresco, is situated in front of the apartment and is the perfect place to enjoy an aperitivo whilst keeping an eye on the fantastic view.
Whilst both units are completely autonomous with spectacular sea views, we guarantee to occupy only one property at a time (unless you book both of course!) thus ensuring privacy for all guests. We can thoroughly recommend Casa Capo d’Orso for a family holiday or a reunion with friends and suggest early booking for this much-requested villa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Casa Capo d'Orso. The view was incredible, the swimming pool of good proportions and the Villa well equipped to meet our needs. There were a few minor issues which we passed on to Francesca but none of them affected our enjoyment and were mentioned purely for the benefit of future guests. Whilst hot, there was enough shade for it not to be uncomfortable and we would certainly consider a return visit in the future. Many thanks for your help. We hired a car through Zest which worked well although the Italy Rental reception guy was unpleasant and did try to sell extra insurance, as anticipated. However, the young lady who checked us back in was more of a credit to her company. July 2023

The exterior of the villa was absolutely fabulous and we loved our stay. Inside was a little tired, the loo seat was broken and the linen was a little old. But to be honest we were outside the entire time so we didn't really mind. All the information was really helpful and Francesca was great. We will definitely book through you again. From pre departure information to the service we received at the Villa, everything was perfect. Sarah & Francesca were very helpful. Sardinia is beautiful, lush and mountainous. Casa Capo D'Orso had the most stunning view and an ideal outside entertaining space, featuring a really beautiful infinity pool. Very relaxing and peaceful. Location was great for day trips to the Maddelena islands, Costa Smeralda beaches and even Corsica, although we never got that far! Many thanks - we had a glorious week. June 2023

Casa Capo d’Orso was the perfect destination for our family group of 10, and was one of our most successful and happy holidays. The views were stunning and Sardinia a relaxing and interesting island to visit. Our private boat trip with picnic and endless wine was a real highlight, and Sarah was extremely attentive throughout. Capa Casa d’Orso exceeded all of our expectations. The pool was amazing, the views magnificent and the terrace perfect for lounging… we also enjoyed some tremendous sunsets. The little Café up the road was great for Aperol Spritz sundowners and really lovely food, also great friendly service. We had a fabulous meal at La Gritta.. and the last night ate ourselves into a food coma at La Branu Agriturismo excellent food (mountains of it and the courses just kept coming!) quaint setting and great value for money. Sarah also organised us a fab boat trip with a gorgeous lunch. Many Thanks and we will hopefully be back!
