Located on the edge of the busy little town of Cannigione, Residence Riva Azzurra is perfect holiday accommodation for both couples and families alike. These modern and tastefully furnished apartments all look across a grassy area and on to the shimmering sea, the nearest beach is literally a two minute stroll.
The town has a wealth of boutiques, bars, restaurants to explore plus a marina where you can while way a few hours admiring the magnificent boats. Water sports and boat trips are available nearby and may be booked at reception of the Residence.
The apartments are all similarly furnished in traditional Sardinian style, light-coloured woods and pastel furnishings give an authentic seaside feel. They're spacious and extremely comfortable, even if you plan on using the double or single sofa-bed in the lounge area. All apartments are equipped with kitchen including gas hob, microwave and fridge, air conditioning, satellite TV, phone and shower. Theres a public laundry just 150 metres from the residence. Balconies or terraces complete the picture, perfect for dining alfresco in the warm air or just sit and enjoy the lovely view with a cool glass of Vermentino wine.
A spacious terrace sits at the front of the apartments where there are two small pools (one for children), the perfect place to cool down at any time of the day. Sun-loungers and umbrellas are scattered across the terrace, so you can always find a quiet space to enjoy the sunshine or some shade.
We consider Residence Riva Azzurra to be excellent value for money.
