Villa Toti sits in its own private estate in a super location surrounded by fabulous olive trees and woodlands. The beautiful gardens are full of tranquil walkways covered in perfumed climbers, age-old trees, grassy lawns and flowering bushes making it an oasis of peace and calm.
The villa dates back to the early 19th century and was originally the home to one of the many noble families of the area. Recently renovated it is now the perfect property for a family reunion or a group of friends wishing to catch up in idyllic conditions. Vaulted ceilings mixed with antique furniture and spacious rooms blend perfectly with the large windows giving a wonderful feeling of being somewhere really special.
The impressive gates and driveway lead up to the front of the villa. The property is divided up in separate suites and bedrooms:
Rosmarino Suite (ground floor) 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with 2 single sofa beds and kitchen
Alloro Suite (ground floor) 1 double bedroom, open plan kitchen/living room with double sofa bed for children.

Corbezzolo Suite (first floor) 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchenette and living room.

A large dining table is situated outside under a shady trellis and here it is possible to eat all together, perhaps enjoying a tasty grill from the nearby barbeque.
Terraces overlook the beautiful gardens and pool providing the perfect location for lazy breakfasts in the sunshine and relaxed dinners as the sun goes down and the stars come out.
Set slightly away from the villa in the charming gardens is the inviting pool – this is surrounded by sun loungers and there is a shady gazebo where you can escape the midday sun between dips.
With some of Puglia’s prettiest towns and cities not far away, such as Otranto, Lecce and Gallipoli to name but a few, plus some stunning coastline and beaches, Villa Toti makes the perfect base that you may find hard to leave.
