Original villa renovated with a huge amount of style under a traditional coned roof with a pretty private pool, 7 kilometres from the 'White City' of Ostuni.

The Parish House sits in a wonderful countryside setting surrounded by the lovely towns of Ostuni, Martina Franca and Cisternino. The lane that leads to the house is lined with almond trees and the glorious white-washed typical Pugliese building sits at the top awaiting your arrival.
The original home of a local family, The Parish House has been lovingly renovated with a huge amount of style and flair. The furnishings are simple and in keeping with the rural setting – a super hand-cut stone floor compliments the pastel colours perfectly, polished wooden furniture contrasts with some older pieces and at the same time, there is a lovely contemporary theme that adds to the simple elegance of this property. The original shape of the house has been untouched so you get many rooms, steps, corners and corridors allowing plenty of living space both indoors and outdoors.
The entrance takes you into the large living room which includes a comfortable sitting area around the fireplace, a super little alcove perfect for an hour or two with a good book and the open plan kitchen with breakfast bar complete with hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Leading off the living area you will find a double bedroom with its own shower room and a further lounge which has two large sofas and a window that overlooks the impressive cactus bushes in the garden.
A corridor with two steps takes you to another part of the house, originally the barn, where you will another double bedroom and a shower room.
Outside The Parish House has practically everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The main courtyard is the perfect place to laze in the warm Pugliese sunshine or to enjoy leisurely al fresco dinners under the amazing walnut tree, a second smaller courtyard is ideal for breakfast outside as it enjoys the shade in the morning, a third tiny romantic terrace with the space for 2 sun-loungers only is the place for couples to have a few moments alone though there may be some competition for the hammock under the olive tree!
The shimmering swimming pool completes the picture perfectly meaning that guests here may never leave the confines of this great holiday accommodation except to stock up on food and wine! Buona Permanenza.

The Parish House is so beautiful. It is set among pomegranate, walnut, almond and olive tress. We had such a lovely time. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. The owner left a welcome pack of wine and fruit and left more fruit later in our holiday. Absolute bliss August 2019

Excellent... the trullo was beautifully and tastefully done. It had everything we could possibly need and more. Our host was very helpful and gracious. It was perfect! The location was lovely. It was very rural but on the edge of a small village that had everything we needed. Essentially Italy was recommended to us by a friend who book through you every year. The service was outstanding and we would definitely like to book through you again in future. I have already recommended you to family and friends.

The Parish House is one of the most wonderful houses we have stayed at in several holidays in Italy. The two resident dogs were very sweet and we felt they were there to welcome us and look after us.

The house and garden were beautiful, very tastefully decorated and very well appointed. Serena is a wonderful host. She had thought of everything that could make us feel welcome and our trip more enjoyable: lovely wine, fruit and a generous supply of homemade biscuits, great restaurant recommendations, etc. The two dogs that live in the out-house were very sweet and such a great addition to the house! Really good location to explore the Itria Valley. Very quiet.
