We are delighted to add Palazzo Specchia to our portfolio. This impressive Palazzo offers comfortable accommodation and a private garden with an equally impressive pool.

Entry is into a large, open hall way which offers views right through to the gardens and pool area. At the rear of this hall there is a large sitting room which opens onto the terrace and pool area. On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have large walk in wardrobes. On the ground floor there is also a communal bathroom.

Outside there is a large terrace with dining for up to 20 people and a fully equipped covered outside kitchen with sink, large fridge, hob and grill.

There is ample comfortable seating and shade around the pool area and a large sail offers shade over the dining area.

Stone stairs lead internally to the first floor where there is a second sitting room with smart TV, a large kitchen, a laundry room, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one family room with 2 double beds and 2 ensuite bathrooms (note you have to walk through one bedroom to reach the other). There are three further double bedrooms all accessed from the outdoor terrace, again all have ensuite bathrooms. In the grounds there is one more independent double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Note the three double bedrooms which are accessed from the terrace on the first floor have steps within the bedroom leading to the sleeping area. Two of these stairs are spiral.

Finally on the first floor there is a large terrace accessed from the kitchen where there is another dining area with a pergola to offer shade.
