All the bedrooms are prettily furnished, the spacious living areas are super comfortable, the kitchen is the perfect place to cook or just sit at the large farmhouse table with a glass of chilled wine and the atmosphere throughout the house oozes tranquillity.
Outside the charming gardens allow you to reconnect with nature – the large external terrace is an extension of the house inviting you to enjoy aperitivi, lunches and dinners in the warm and perfumed air under a pretty pergola. The inviting pool sits a little further away from the house and is surrounded by glorious Mediterranean macchia and sweet smelling flowers.
There are 5 bedrooms at Masseria Gigante: Two double/twin bedrooms with ensuites in the main building. Two communicating bedrooms in a separate building (double and twin) with ensuites. One double bedroom with ensuite accessed externally in the trullo.
Should you be able to tear yourselves away from this truly glorious setting, you can easily visit some of characteristic towns in the Salento such as Carpignano Salentino, Borgagne and Martano, the stunning city of Lecce is just 28km away and the glittering Adriatic Sea is only a 15 minute drive.
