From outside you would never guess what lies behind the walls of this typical Pugliese town house. From the moment you open the front door you will be thrilled to discover charming accommodation that has been carefully renovated but keeping many of the original features and beautiful tiled floors.
Entry takes you into a spacious hall that has been opened up to include a sitting area, a well equipped kitchen, and a dining room with glass doors that open out on the to the walled terrace, grassy gardens and charming pool. Please note that the pool man visits the property twice a week and the gardener once a week. Due to the nature of the walled garden, to access the pool/gardens they have to come through the house. The tasteful decor reminds you that you are in the Salento and there are 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and the other with WC plus a single bedroom with ensuite shower room that can also be used as the pool bathroom as it has a door that opens on to the terrace. Casa Eve is truly a little gem perfectly located in the heart of the Salento. You can shop with the locals in the pretty town of Marittima, watch the world go by in one of the bars whilst sipping a cappuccino (or perhaps a chilled glass of wine) or drive down to the coast and take a dip in the bright blue sea.
