This two bedroom beach house is in an enviable position with access directly to the beach across a sandy lane. The village of Torre Chianca has a super beach bar and lido where you can hire sun loungers and umbrellas and there's a village convenience store too.
The ground floor is accessed via a few steps to ensure a splendid sea view from the open plan kitchen, sitting room and dining area. Off the lounge you will find two double bedrooms (one with a round bed!) both with shower rooms.
External stone steps lead to the roof terrace where there is a large covered dining table and sun loungers. Needless to say you are offered a second view of the sea from this terrace.
On the lower ground floor level you will find large planters filled with cacti and herbs which you are welcome to use to ensure your barbecues are full of flavour.
The simple village of Torre Chianca offers a couple of shops, a village bar and a pizzeria just a short stroll along the beach. The beautiful Baroque town of Lecce is just 12kms away where there are wealth of shops, bars and restaurants on offer.
