Found in the quaint little town of Vignacastrisi, Palazzo Guglielmo gives you the chance to live like a Pugliese Lord! As soon as the large wooden gate is opened and you get a glimpse of the courtyard and gardens, you'll want to close the gate behind you so that the secret is not let out of the bag.

This impressive building was restored totally in 2008 keeping all the original architecture and features. The large and airy rooms have been beautifully converted providing all the comforts of a luxury hotel in a private residence. The owner has carefully created an ambiance of real calm and tranquillity you will find a choice of terraces, leafy gardens, a fragrant orange grove, a super pool for the hot hours of the day, plenty of shady seating, plus a great wine cellar giving you the opportunity to sample some excellent Salentino wines in the adjoining restaurant. A small reading room along with an interesting library complete the picture and thankfully you'll not find a television in any of the rooms to break the spell!

The rooms are situated around the main courtyard simple elegance is the theme, with great care, comfort and attention to detail. The bedrooms all have ensuite bath or shower room, a double bed, air-conditioning and heating. The suites are made up of two rooms, perfect for 3 or 4 guests or a couple requiring a little more space.

Weather permitting a delicious breakfast is served by the pool, or otherwise in the pretty breakfast room inside the Palazzo.

Once you are safely inside the age-old walls of Palazzo Guglielmo we are sure you won't want to leave in a hurry. One of the great advantages is that you're located in the centre of Vignacastrisi, with a couple of bars and another restaurant all within very easy walking distance and the Adriatic sea just 3 kilometres away. You can confidently venture out at any stage of your stay comforted by the fact you can make a fast retreat to the peacefulness of Palazzo Guglielmo.
