Description
This super family run B&B is just a couple of kilometres from the small town of Patù in the very southern region of Salento, Puglia. The property has just six bedrooms together with one small self-catering apartment.
Three of the bedrooms are accessed from a courtyard in the main masseria and three are accessed from the rear of the masseria via the gardens. The three garden rooms have direct access to the pool and small private terraces. The apartment is a few steps across a country lane from Masseria Palane.
Each room is decorated in typical Pugliese style with a lovely mixture of both antique and contemporary furnishings. Breakfast is either served in a pretty courtyard or in a small dining room to the side of the reception area.
From the three garden rooms a steep bank full of herbs, flowers and shrubs leads to the pool area where you can enjoy a glass of local wine from the bar or simply soak up the sunshine with a good book.
One of the many beauties of this property are the charming owners who are always on hand to ensure you have the local knowledge you need to make the most of your stay in this wonderful corner of Italy with its fascinating history and culture.
