Nardó is an exceptionally beautiful, small town in Salento packed with Baroque architecture. Teatro is nestled in one of the narrow lanes close to the centre of town which is brimming with restaurants, bars and shops (with the theatre just a stones throw away).
Entry is from a narrow street into a spacious hall off which is a cloakroom with WC and a large double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
A modern stone staircase leads to the first floor where you'll find a spacious, light and airy lounge/dining room. French doors open onto a covered dining area where you can enjoy your breakfast with the chatter from the street below meandering up to your terrace as the town comes to life in the morning.
Next to the living room is a second double bedroom with an ensuite shower and washbasin and a separate toilet.
A second flight of stone stairs from the first floor lead to a roof terrace offering fabulous views over the roof tops covering the historic centre of Nardó. The terrace has an outdoor kitchen, shower, dining table and sun loungers for basking in the Salento sunshine.
A very short drive (or cycle!) gets you to the sandy beaches of the Ionian coast and towns such as Lecce, Gallipoli and Otranto are but a short drive away.
