Rosetta is one of our best selling properties and if you were to see it you would understand why! Located in the heart of Porto Rafael, it is just 30 metres from the water's edge with stunning views across the sea to the Archipelago of La Maddalena and it's very own private access down to the idyllic sandy beach.

The apartment is accessed by a pathway and some steps that run around the edge of the main villa. Once you have closed the gate behind you that leads on to the terrace then you are in your own private little piece of heaven. The property has been completely refubushed during Spring 2012 and now has a separate little double bedroom, a super shower room and an intimate lounge area with a small kitchenette (gas hob, fridge freezer and double sink) with a table for inside dining with the most wondeful views.

Outside there is a partially covered private terrace furnished with a table, chairs and deckchairs - the view is totally unbeatable with the glittering sea providing a constantly changing backdrop. With a non-stop array of sailing boats and rather amazing yachts passing by we can guarantee that you will never be bored and may never leave this glorious spot (except perhaps to top up your glass with some chilled Vermentino). As if this wasn't enough, a private path with steps leading down to the sandy beach with its wooden jetties makes a dip in the wonderful sea the easiest way of cooling down at any time of the day (or night!!).
