The villa lies within the grounds of Terra Sessana. It stands independently next to the main house where the Italian owners live and has been restored to a very high level.
This detached house has its own spacious garden and swimming pool. Entry is into a large living room/conservatory. There are sofas and this rooms opens onto a fabulous kitchen with breakfast bar. There are two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with a shower. There is a single bedroom and a second bathroom with bathtub.
There is a wonderful patio with BBQ and pizza oven and the garden and pool offer great spaces for relaxing. There is a laundry room with washing machine.
The garden is for sole use of the villa guests and has a lovely pool which enjoys views over the surrounding fields.
Located just a few miles from the marvellous town of Ostuni. The villa is ideal for families seeking a country retreat within striking distance of the many charming villages of this area – Alberobello, Martina Franca, Cisternino to name but a few.
The charming owners live in the main house of the property and are on hand should you need any assistance.
I wanted you to know that we had a fabulous time in Italy. Everything was indescribably perfect. It was so hard to go home to England and the dreary weather and its not much better here. Thank you so much for all your help, you went over and above the call of duty! I will not hesitate to recommend you to all my friends.
