The villa lies within the grounds of Terra Sessana. It stands independently next to the main house, and has been restored to a very high level.
This detached house has its own spacious garden and swimming pool. Entry is into a large living room/conservatory. There are sofas and this rooms opens onto a fabulous kitchen with breakfast bar. There are two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with a shower. There is a single bedroom and a second bathroom with bathtub.
There is a wonderful patio with BBQ and pizza oven and the garden and pool offer great spaces for relaxing. There is a laundry room with washing machine.
The garden is for sole use of the villa guests and has a lovely pool which enjoys views over the surrounding fields.
Located just a few miles from the marvellous town of Ostuni. The villa is ideal for families seeking a country retreat within striking distance of the many charming villages of this area – Alberobello, Martina Franca, Cisternino to name but a few.
The charming owners live in the main house of the property and are on hand should you need any assistance.
Truly stunning views as well as feeling private. Immaculate, nice added touches such as fruit and welcome wine. Better than other villas we have booked through other companies which were more expensive but of a lesser quality. Exceptional attention. Particularly impressed with Ian, who not only phoned us upon arrival and directed us to the villa, but also arranged extra accommodation for two further members of our party.
