Villa 1855 Laureto Laureto

The great location and the loving restoration of this classic villa dating back to 1855 makes the perfect combination for a super holiday in Puglia. The tiny hamlet of Laureto is almost on your doorstep (500 meters) and the bustling town of Fasano is just a few minutes drive away – a great place for shopping, browsing and eating in one of the many restaurants. The impressive tree-lined private driveway leads to the villa with its fantastic marble staircases on either side of the main entrance proving how well the Pugliese gentry must have lived all those years ago.

The villa has been carefully divided up keeping its grace and elegance – the ground floor is home to 3 apartments and the first floor is home to one large apartment. All have been charmingly furnished with a light and contemporary touch – pastel colours, cottons and simple wood are used throughout giving a very stylish air to all of the accommodation.

A super new pool has been added at the front of the villa surrounded by the greenery – an ideal spot to enjoy the sunshine and take a refreshing dip every so often. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided and there is also a communal barbeque for those wishing to enjoy some delicious grilled fish or spare ribs.

Vermiglio and Giallo (sleeps 2)

Located on the ground floor, these well-appointed apartments each have one double bedroom, kitchen including gas hob, oven, fridge and dining table, separate lounge with sofa, TV and DVD player, shower room and small patio.

Azzurra (sleeps 4)

Situated at the front of the villa on ground floor – this roomy apartment has two double bedrooms both with en-suite shower, kitchen/dining room with electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, TV and DVD player, furnished patio.

Nobile

Taking up the complete first floor of the villa, this light and spacious apartment comprises of 3 double bedrooms with en-suite shower, 1 double bedroom with en-suite WC, fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, full sized oven, fridge-freezer, TV, DVD player and dining table seating up to 8 guests, a further kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, separate lounge & dining area with table seating up to 4 guests, TV and DVD player, furnished and covered front patio overlooking the gardens and back patio with external dining table seating up to 16 people.
