This splendid independent villa is built amongst perfumed olive and lemon groves on the hillside overlooking the bay of Naples.  The villa has several terraces all of which offer fantastic views across the sea.

The short driveway offers private parking and the steps take you onto a great terrace which is home the beautiful hexagonal swimming pool surrounded by luscious greenery and pots of flowering geraniums. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided in abundance so that you may choose to top up your tan after your swim or simply enjoy the shade whilst gazing at the view and wondering why you did not book for a longer stay.

The main entrance takes you in to the villa on the upper floor – here you will find an open plan, split-level lounge with ample comfortable sofas and seating areas. Whitewashed walls, bright furnishings and polished terracotta floors make this home a delight from the moment you arrive. Big french windows open up onto a well furnished terrace which is just perfect for dining al-fresco whilst enjoying the spectacular views. Internal steps leads down to a second lounge area where you will also find 2 bedrooms and a shared shower room. 

At the top of the villa the bright and airy kitchen offers everything you could need to prepare some tasty Italian fare with large oven, hob and fridge-freezer along with a separate laundry room.

The first floor is home to two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms (one with bath and shower and one with shower). These bedrooms have the added advantage of opening out ont onto a lovely terrace with, once again, fabulous views – a great place to sit and watch the dark starry sky before falling in to bed.

A further double and double/twin bedroom with shared shower room are also on the same level.
