With fabulous views over the surrounding valley Villa Palombara offers guests a wonderful location where relaxation is the order-of-the-day. Set in a lush private garden you will enjoy dining on the patio after a day visiting one of the many delightful towns of Umbria (Assisi, Todi, Spoleto and Gubbio being just a few). The house is owned by the family who runs Santa Maria degli Ancilloti and guests can use the marvellous swimming pool which is just 600 metres down the road. You can also eat in their restaurant, where delicious meals are served every night (€35.00 per person). Threre is also a hydro massage pool adjacent to the swimming pool.

The stone house is divided into two apartments. The owner, Alessio, and his wife live on the ground floor but work all day and night at the hotel – they are charming hosts and past guests have become firm friends (and with their dog) – they are also known to leave you homemade cakes from the restaurant!

External steps lead up to the front door. Entry is onto the spacious living room/kitchen complete with open fireplace. From here one door leads to the master double bedroom. To the other side of the living room a small corridor leads to the bathroom and second double bedroom. At the foot of the external stone steps there is a newly built gazebo complete with dining table and just a few meters from the barbeque.
