This beautiful addition to our portfolio in Porto Rafael promises be be very popular. Villa Nini is an independent villa surrounded by lovely gardens and high hedges ensuring privacy at all times. Shady terraces let you enjoy cool dining and offer shelter from the midday sun whilst the traditional villa with its’ contemporary air offers spacious and stylish accommodation.

The weathered wooden antique gate leads you through the garden and up to the main entrance of Villa Nini. The combined lounge and dining area have large french doors letting you enjoy the comfort of this area whilst still admiring the wonderful gardens – great should you be in the villa during the cooler months of the summer. Terracotta floors and whitewashed walls remind you that you are in the Mediterranean  but stylish and modern furnishings and fittings give the villa an upbeat air. The large and separate kitchen is a chefs paradise – stainless steel units gleam and invite the most hesitant of cooks to have a go! Full size oven, gas hob, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer are standard equipment and there is door that leads out of the kithen on to the terrace that surrounds the whole villa.

Leading off one side of the lounge area is a beautiful master double bedroom with very modern ensuite shower room and on the other side of the lounge you will find a staircase that takes you down to a futher double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a third bedroom that has a single bed plus bunk beds – just perfect for children – along with a third shower room.

The fantastic terrace that surrounds the villa is furnished with comfortable lounging and dining furniture and for those avid sunworshippers amongst you, there is roof terrace with spectacular sea views where you may catch the rays all day if you so desire!
