This spacious 7 bedroom villa is positioned between Arezzo and Siena. The house was built in the 1970s, is open plan and ideal for summer living. The most spectacular aspect of the house is the wonderful pool and view, the house is surrounded by well kept gardens with olive trees and an allotment. The location of Villa L’Aia is perfect for both relaxation and exploring the whole of Tuscany.

Entry is into a large open plan living room which opens onto the gardens and to the well equipped kitchen – gas hobs, oven, dishwasher, open fireplace and fridge freezer. In the kitchen there is a dining table. There is also a larder which houses the washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a master bedroom with a lovely en-suite bathroom with bath. There is a further bathroom on the ground floor and a cellar.

On the first floor there is a second large living room which has access to a large balcony which overlooks the pool and has that view! There are 3 double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), one double/twin bedroom and one smaller bedroom with twin beds. One this floor there are 3 bathrooms.

The pool is about 10 meters from the house and is fully equipped with sun loungers and hammocks. There is also a covered gazebo for outdoor dining and an excellent barbeque for cooking those delicious steaks. Next to the pool there is a further house which is independent from the house and has a kitchen, living room and a double bedroom – ideal for a couple wishing to have there own space and privacy.

Villa L’Aia is positioned just one minutes walk from the medieval hamlet of Rigomagno. Here there is a bar and throughout the summer months the village organises ‘festas’. The location of Villa L’Aia is perfect for exploring – the nearby dual carriageway takes you to Siena and Cortona in less than 30 minutes. The stunning scenery of the Crete Senese is a short drive away and villages such as Lucignano, Montepulciano, Pienza and Monte San Savino are all close by. Villa L’Aia comes highly recommended.
