Recently refurbished, Villa Gioia sits in a quiet residential area and is one of our larger properties in Puglia. Completely independent, this private villa boasts a great position for enjoying the sunshine around the fantastic new pool or for jumping in your car and visiting some of the local beauty spots, beaches and pretty hillside towns.

The villa has a large and comfortble lounge area complete with satellite TV and DVD player, 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room, 2 further double bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and a bathroom with both bath tub and separate shower. There is also a little ‘den’ that is home to a double sofa bed – useful for an extra adult or 2 children. The pale blue, new fully fitted kitchen offers everything you need to rustle up some Italian cuisine with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and fridge freezer. 

Even though the house offers comfort and lots of space, we are sure that you will spend most of your stay out of doors on the great patio or around the pool. The enclosed gardens mean that children are safe to play and you are also completely private – not being overlooked by any of the neighbours. The kitchen opens up onto the patio which is perfect for dining at all times of day and the large terrace by the pool gives everyone plenty of sunbathing space before taking a dip in the inviting water.
