Villa Clara is superbly positioned to make the most of your time in Tuscany. Set in private grounds the hours will slip by relaxing by the pool. The motorway is close at hand (5kms) making day trips easy and pleasurable. The nearest town is lovely Arezzo (3 kms) with its special antiques fair, magnificent central piazza and a host of restaurants.

The house is accessed by a private drive and there is also a garage for your car. There is a large shaded terrace which leads into the living room, sitting room and billiard room. Off here there is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hobs, fridge / freezer, microwave. The ground floor is completed by a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bath-tub and the other with a shower.

On the first floor there is a wonderful living room and the main kitchen – which is fully-fitted and excellently equipped. From the living room there is a large terrace for dining al-fresco, complete with pizza oven and barbeque. On the other side of the living room there are two further double bedrooms and one single bedroom with two bathrooms. On the second floor there are a further two bedrooms – both double with en-suite bathroom. From the top of the house there are wonderful views across to Arezzo and the surrounding hills.

The beautiful pool (15x7m and 1.2–2.5m deep) is positioned below the house and set in a lovely garden – with the extra bonus of an additional kitchen, barbeque and outside dining area – greatly appreciated by guests.

Villa Clara is a very comfortable house with lots of space to relax and enjoy the pool. An ideal property for families and groups of friends (it is possible to organise a cook to prepare meals for you should you wish).
