Essential Sardinia are thrilled to have this exceptionally high quality property on offer and are sure that it will be extremely popular. Completely private, the villa is entered from the terrace – a large and spacious lounge area beautifully furnished in cool colours overlooks the pool with a separate kitchen area which has been designed to resemble a ships galley, beautifully finished in wood with all the cooking facilities/appliances that you could possibly need.

The villa has been carefully designed so that no one gets in anyone else’s way – at one end of the lounge you will find two double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms and at the other end of the lounge you will find another double and twin bedroom with shared shower room. Should the comfort of the sun-loungers dotted around the pool not be enough, there is also a large roof terrace for determined sun worshippers who wish to work on an ‘all over’ tan! The lounge opens up at the front of the villa onto a partly covered terrace by the pool which is perfect for eating al fresco in the evening when the sun has gone down and there is another shadier terrace at the back for those who perhaps prefer to read their book and sip a glass of chilled wine without having the sun beat down on them.

The villa is part of a residential ‘village’ just a few minutes drive from the town of Santa Teresa di Gallura which is the most northerly tip of the island and directly in front of the imposing cliffs of Bonifacio in Corsica. Even though a car is a necessity, you will be pleased to know that you may easily walk to the beach, a supermarket and a restaurant/pizzeria should you be able to tear yourselves away from the comfort of Villa Bouganville.

Please note that the pool will be serviced regularly during the week – generally early morning and we include a mid week cleaning service.
