This beautiful, brand new villa sits in a great position just off the road that winds up to the little village of Porto Rafael. The proud Roman owners have decorated their home in elegant style with orange, browns and pastels throughout and they have ensured that it is more than comfortable for summer living.

The villa sits in private gardens that  are beautifully maintained – an abundance of flowers and Sardinian plants line the pathways and edge the lawns that surround the pool. The covered terrace that overlooks the gardens, pool and across to the Archipelago of La Maddalena, is home to a huge granite table plus cane sofas perfect for reading your book in the shade or  for relaxing after dinner wìth a glass of red wine in the warm evening air.

Inside the spacious and chic open plan lounge and dinining area offers respite from the summer heat and the small but separate kitchen has everying you need to enjoy some great italian meals. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is a further double and twin bedroom with another shared shower room.

A beautifully designed and more than spacious apartment is to be found under the main villa making this the perfect destination for those of you wishing to travel with friends, parents or even, perhaps older children who would like their own independence. A separate pathway leads along the side of the villa and down some steps where there is little outside patio for dining and sunbathing. The apartment has a large open plan lounge and dining area with kitchenette once again providing everything you need should you have the desire to cook! A small separate shower room is home to a washing machine and the large double bedroom has a further ensuite shower room.
