This super holiday home with its air of tranquillity has recently been refurbished – it sits in beautiful gardens giving it a feel of privacy. The caring owner has paid great attention to detail and throughout the house the decoration and furnishings create a real Mediterranean feel. Located close to the charming village of Scopello, Zingaro provides comfortable holiday accommodation in a great position. The pool in the well kept garden offers a refreshing dip and great views of the beautiful bay just a 2 minute drive away which offers great sea swimming.

The house is reached along a steep country track and is all on one level. The long terrace makes the most of the beautiful views over Scopello and the surrounding coast. Entry is into a large and spacious living room and open plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with hobs, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The living space is large and the furnishings add to the feeling of chic style which continues throughout this house. Off the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine and a bathroom.

A corridor leads to all the bedrooms. There are four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. All the bedrooms are functional with ample storage space and air conditioning. There are three bathrooms with showers.

The garden surrounds the house and is full of typical Mediterranean plants. The pool, although small is the ideal spot for a refreshing dip before tucking into a barbeque dinner and a glass of local wine. We believe most of your dining will take place on the wonderful terrace which runs the length of the house. Being located high on the hill above Scopello there are fabulous views and the garden offers a high level of privacy. The pool has cleverly been built into the hillside and enjoys great views.

Scopello is a charming village with plenty of restaurants and bars. Nearby is the Tonnara, the old Tuna fishing bay which is now a popular swimming area with crystal clear waters and spectacular rock formations. Palermo is only 55km away and with Trapani (25kms), Erice (30kms), Marsala (40kms) all within a short drive you will not be short of things to do and see. However, in this this comfortable house with lovely beach on your doorstep you could well not venture beyond Scopello.

Capo San Vito is about 30 minutes drive and is a lively resort with a truly spectacular sandy beach. Just 2 kms along the coast the Natural Park dello Zingaro provides some of the most beautiful coves and cleanest of waters to be found in Sicily. Leave your car at the gates and venture into the park by foot, you will not be disappointed by the stunning scenery of this area.
