Situated in the hills between Castelfiorentino and the lovely town of Montaione, these apartments have proved ever popular with guests, many returning year after year. The extensive grounds include 3 swimming pools, one of which is for children, tennis court and a wine tasting cellar. Nearby is a host of good places to eat, and many of Tuscany’s treasures are within easy reach.

There is a manned reception which is more than happy to help with all your needs and provide information regarding the local area and even sells wine and olive oil made on the estate. During July and August lunchtime poolside salads and snacks are available.

The gardens are immaculate and one can walk the grounds taking in the wonderful views. The heart of the property is the small dining room for guests where dinner can be pre-booked. Once a week a communal meal is prepared to which everyone is invited, staff included. The cost of a meal is €22.00 per person and delicious Rubbiano wine is sold at €3.00 a bottle – meals are based on local produce and cooking lessons can be organised for guests at a cost of €50.00 per person. Breakfast can be pre-ordered and is served on the terrace overlooking the pool.

For the more energetic there is a fitness room and sauna as well as tennis court and table tennis. However, we are sure the views and calm atmosphere of Villa Rubbiano will encourage you to simply sit back and relax.

All the apartments are equipped with the following items:
Dishwasher, Sat TV, Oven, Fridge freezer, private garden space equipped with barbeque/garden furniture and pool towels are provided along with all linen.

This apartment is on two floors. The ground floor is made up of a living room with open fireplace, dining room and kitchen. There is also a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with twin double and the other a double. The second bathroom with shower is also on the first floor. In front of the apartment there is a private garden area.

Signoria
Independent apartment with living room, dining room and kitchen. One double bedroom and one twin/double bedroom, two bathrooms with showers. Private garden.

Bigallo
There is a living room with open fireplace, dining room and kitchen. One double bedroom and one twin/double bedroom. Two bathrooms with showers and outdoor garden.

Brunelleschi

Pitti
This charming apartment is on three floors. Ground floor – living room, dining room and kitchen. Small utility room. First floor – one double bedroom, one twin/double and a bathroom with bath tub. Second floor – one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. In front of Pitti there is a private garden.

Uffizi
On two floors. Ground floor: living room, dining room and kitchen. First floor: two double bedrooms and one twin/double, also two bathrooms, one with bath tub and one with shower

Accademia
Located in the main villa this large apartment is suitable for large parties. On the ground floor there is the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the first floor there are two further twin/double bedrooms and one double bedroom, also two bathrooms with showers.

Medici
Independent villa for 8 people. Living room with fireplace, galley kitchen with dining area. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower. Private garden with barbecue.

Staying at Villa Rubbiano enables one to relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery whilst at the same time taking in the cultural wonders of Tuscany.  At the end of a hard sightseeing day the immaculate grounds, pool and BBQs provide a great welcome home.
