This super accommodation offers comfort, space and privacy right on the water-front at Porto Rafael. Hidden amidst wonderful shady pine trees, Villa Oleandro sits in its own lovely gardens with the most spectacular views across the bay to the Archipelago of La Maddalena, it would be difficult to find a better spot for a truly relaxing holiday.
Villa Oleandro is one of the original properties built in Porto Rafael in the 1960s when location and spaciousness were the two main priorities for a summer home. Now fully refurbished, the original features and dimensions have been maintained ensuring total comfort throughout.
The private driveway leads down to the property and the front door opens into a bright and airy sitting room, furnished with large sofas and chairs in pale creams and blues, complimenting the Mediterranean feel. There’s a dining table big enough to sit up to 10 guests and French windows open onto the big terrace looking out over the sea. A roomy and well-equipped kitchen leads from the lounge with everything needed to cook all‘Italiana – gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and this opens onto a small, protected courtyard.
To one end of the lounge are 2 really spacious double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, and to the other end are a further 2 twin bedrooms and a pretty single bedroom plus another 2 bathrooms.
The beautifully furnished terrace to the front of the property is just a few steps from the sea, you'll no doubt spend many happy hours here watching the ever-changing sea views and enjoying some super meals under the starry sky. There's a private jetty from where you can swim at any time of day, and a short walk (30 metres) will take you to a pretty little sandy bay, you really couldn't ask for more.
