The location of this semi detached villa means that you will wake up every morning with the sea lapping on your doorstep. Just a few minutes from the old fishing village of Mondello, a popular weekend beach resort for people from Palermo. This town is full of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and shops.

The wonderful town of Palermo is only 20 minutes away by car. This town has much to offer the visitor and the night life is exceptionally good – restaurants, bars, concerts and simply wandering the streets ensure that life is never dull. The village of Mondello is well known for having good restaurants serving seafood and its great ice cream palours.

The house is on the upper floor of a two storey villa. The ground floor is occupied by some owner's relatives who basically live there only in July and August. There is a separate entrance and private terraces and outdoor living spaces. As well only three steps away there is a platform equipped with sun mattresses from where you can dive into the clear blue water.

Entry is into the large, elegant living room with French windows which lead onto the covered terrace with sea views. We imagine that it will be here that most of your time will be spent, either side of this terrace there are further sun terraces.

From the living area the house divides into two wings. The house is air conditioned. In both wings there are two double bedrooms, each served by a bathroom with shower. This makes the house ideal for two families as each party can have a wing of the house. The small kitchen is simply furnished. It is possible to take the house either for 8 people or just for 4.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Addaura make this house a real gem. Being so near to Mondello is a real bonus and with Palermo just a shortr drive away we believe that a holiday here will give you a real sense of life in Sicily and also the possibility to explore. However we also expect that much of your time will be spent on your terrace and having a dips into the sea.
