Casa Geremia Crespina

Casa Geremia has been recently restored by its owners and now provides a superb holiday villa. Located on the edge of the village of Crespina it enjoys super views and privacy. The English owners have ensured that the house provides excellent living spaces and the outdoor areas are comfortable and the ideal place to relax and enjoy an al fresco meal.

Entry to the house is into a grand foyer from where all the other rooms of the ground floor can be reached. The design of the house is open plan on the ground floor. To the left there is a large well equipped kitchen – dishwasher, oven, hobs and there are two large fridge freezers. At one end of the kitchen there is a breakfast table and open fireplace. At the rear there is a utility room with washing machine. To the other side of the foyer there is a wonderfully large living room and sofas and open fireplace. The ground floor is completed with a children’s playroom, a studio/office room and a toilet room.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and two double/twin bedrooms. There are two fantastic ensuite bathrooms, the quality of the house really shows here. One of these ensuite bathrooms has a bathtub and separate shower, the other has just a shower. The third bathroom has a bathtub and shower unit above. All the bedrooms are comfortable and enjoy views over the countryside which surrounds the house.

Upon arrival at the house there is covered car parking and at the back of the house there is a large covered dining area – only a few steps away from the door of the kitchen. The pool is located in a raised position and steps lead to the rest of the garden. From the pool the views are great and the owners have carefully made one side of the pool into an infinity drop off, thus one can cool off in the pool and make the most of the view. There is an area with sun loungers and umbrellas. Beyond the pool there is a grassed area – ideal for those younger members of the group to run off energy.

The nearest village to Casa Geremia is Crespina, a charming small community. Here there are restaurants and shops for the bare necessities. However being just a short drive from Pisa and the coast there is much to see and do close to home. The nearest beaches are about 30kms away. Also the village of Lari is interesting to visit, only 10kms away.
