Located close to the village of St Lucia, Trullo Elio nestles within the rolling hills above the town of Fasano. The trullo boasts beautiful views and occupies a rural location within farmland in its own acre of olive grove and terraced gardens.

The property has been totally renovated to a high standard and provides all the mod con facilities of a sophisticated home whilst retaining the features and character of a traditional trullo. Externally, the property has a large raised terrace which provides the perfect place to enjoy alfresco dining and a glass of delicious ‘Primitivo’ – one of the many superb local red wines.

The interior of Trullo Elio combines both a contemporary style with tradition. The lounge provides a comfortable seating area, a dining table and an open fire – just in case required by guests on colder nights. There is a compact modern kitchen equipped for serious cooking where you will find a 4 ring gas hob, oven, and dishwasher.

The master double bedroom provides a wall mounted heating/air conditioning unit and has been furnished in an unusual oriental style. It has an unusual open plan en-suite shower room with a shoulder height glass brick wall dividing the bedroom from the bathroom space making the total effect really special.

The double bedroom is accessed via a traditional Italian style twin bedroom featuring an exposed brick wall, antique furnishings and traditional window shutters. You can also access the master bedroom directly through an external door that leads out under the pergola and onto the surrounding patio, should the occupants of the twin room wish for a little more privacy. The main bathroom leads directly off the lounge and is fitted with a traditional white English suite with the luxury of a free standing bath and heated towel rail.

Outside there is plenty of space for leisurely summer living. The brand new swimming pool is set amidst the olive trees in one of the many terraces close to the trullo. Guests will be able to enjoy the fabulous views of the valley whilst doing a few lengths.

We consider Trullo Elio to be excellent value for money and are convinced that you will not want to leave it at the end of your stay!
