Trullo Ericla sits just outside the lovely town of Castellana Grotta in the heart of Puglia and has been carefully restored with a stylish eye creating the perfect mix of contemporary with traditional. The property has beautiful modern furnishings reflecting the summer living it is intended for and the roof is home to the typical cones, so famous in this area of Puglia.
The trullo is perfectly designed for two families as the accommodation is divided in two separate houses with a super communal outside dining area, fully furnished with table and chairs, barbeque and bread oven.
The house on the far side of the dining area faces the glorious pool and the large lounge has doors opening out onto the terrace. Predominantly furnished in white with a light and airy sitting room, there is plenty of indoors dining space and a very well equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, a twin and a double, lead off the lounge and they share a shower room.
The house to the other side of the dining area is slightly smaller but still wonderfully comfortable. Here there is a great kitchen, again with everything you could need to prepare some super Italian fare, a lounge with open fireplace and two pretty bedrooms (double and twin) that share a bathroom. The furnishings are in white and cream shades giving it a chic and elegant theme.
The fantastic gated pool has a wooden deck surround and super views across the beautiful countryside. The paved outside areas are spacious and the icing on the cake is the private tennis court – perfect for those looking for some exercise and entertainment during their stay.
We know that Trullo Ericla will be a huge success with all future guests and is ideal for two families or a group of friends looking for a little privacy and space.
