This villa is a great addition to our ‘books’ is in a fabulous position for touring the beautiful Valle d’Itria and splendid Pugliese coastline. The simply but lovingly furnished trullo has been renovated with care to create a very comfortable holiday home. Terragrado sits in its own 2 acres of land making it a haven for children wishing literally to have the run of the countryside – vines, fruit trees and the ever present magnificent olive trees encircle the property giving it a Mediterranean feel from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.

The main entrance to the trullo leads you from a large patio into the comfortable open plan living room with a smaller and slightly separate area where you will find the TV and DVD player – a great space for children of all ages. Two twin/double bedrooms with air conditioning, and family shower room lead off the to the left of the lounge and the third double/twin bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite shower room is located to the right of the lounge, accessed externally from the patio making the trullo perfect for both friends or families.

The kitchen area sits at the back of the lounge and leads into the dining area, which opens out onto a super covered external dining area giving you the choice of eating in cool air conditioned comfort or in wonderful warm alfresco air! The kitchen is well equipped with 4 ring hob (3 gas rings and 1 electric hot-plate), a large fridge/freezer, mircrowave, dishwasher, toaster and electric kettle.

A separate laundry room houses a sink unit, washing machine, iron and ironing board, second fridge/freezer and an ice maker.

The inviting pool has plenty of space around it to enjoy the glorious sunshine and there is an external shower to wash off the sand should you be able pull yourselves away from this magical location and make for the coastline.
