Reached by a well kept ‘white road’ the extensive grounds include a huge swimming pool (18 x 9m 1.1 – 2.2m deep) and child pool, tennis court and a lake. Nearby there is a host of good eating places and many of Tuscany’s treasures are within easy reach.

One bedroom

La Stalla A large apartment with a lovely patio. Living/kitchen room and double bedroom with bathroom.

La Cantina This apartment has a patio at the front, living/kitchen area, double bedroom and bathroom.

Granaio On the first floor this apartment comprises a dining room kitchen with sofa bed. A shower room and double bedroom. Views from the apartment are over the estate and surrounding hills. In the garden is a private covered dining area.

Two bedroom

Il Fienile and La Capanna (two storey apartments) A hay barn close to the main building has been converted to create these two apartments. On the first floor there is a spacious living/kitchen area and under stairs toilet room. Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a double bedroom, a double/twin bedroom and a bathroom.

Segatoio (ground floor with two terraces) The living/kitchen area boasts two patios. From here there is a twin/double room and a double bedroom with small en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is next to the twin/double room.

Rimessa (ground floor) There is a dining/kitchen area and large terrace to the front of this two bedroom apartment. One double bedroom and one twin/double. Two shower rooms, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom.

Contadino (first floor) Made up of dining/kitchen area. One double bedroom, one twin/double bedroom and two shower rooms, one of which en suite to the master bedroom.

Colombaia Located on the first and second floor of the original farmhouse this apartment has dining/kitchen area, master double bedroom with, two shower rooms. The twin bedroom is up spiral stairs and is located in the old dovecot. In the garden there is a private covered dining area.

Camporaiolo This charming two bedroom apartment has dining/kitchen area and double bedroom with shower room on the ground floor. Internal stairs lead to the twin/double bedroom and ensuite shower room. There is a private terrace directly outside the apartment.
