This beautiful Mediterranean villa has a fabulous location looking out over the sea ensuring super panoramas at all times of day. Swimming is possible just below the villa from a small and rocky bay (just 100m away) and a sandy beach with sun-beds and umbrellas is found a couple of kilometres further along the coast. Grassy lawns surround Villa Capo Milazzo making it an ideal spot for relaxing, playing or simply gazing at the ever-changing horizon and the vibrant blue sea.

The villa is on one level and is a perfect holiday home suitable for families or a group of friends, although families with very small children should note the wall on the front boundary is low and is not suitable for crawling babies or young toddlers. The simple furnishings inside the house are pretty and comfortable with a large open plan sitting/ dining area and a well equipped separate kitchen with hob, oven and fridge/freezer. The bedrooms are spacious and there is one double and two twins plus two bathrooms (both with bath and shower).

The outside area and gardens are definitely where you will spend most of your time when staying at Villa Capo Milazzo. The house has a shady terrace that looks directly out to the island of Stromboli and there is a smaller furnished terrace that is ideal for long and leisurely meals at any time of the day with some tasty fare straight off the barbeque.

This welcome addition to our Sicily portfolio with its super location and proximity to the sea comes highly recommended.

We would like to say thanks to yourselves and Ian for a fabulous holiday. Forgot to put on the questionnaire, thanks to Ian’s local knowledge we had some great meals out, found routes and parking in Florence easily and had a fantastic time at Lake Trassimeno which Megan loved, this was not in any guide book so having this knowledge was excellent.
