Casa Lucrezia Plemmirio

Located in the beautiful natural reserve of Plemmirio, Casa Lucrezia is surrounded by gardens with lawns, palm trees and wonderful flowering shrubs offering a typical Mediterranean atmosphere. This house is just 20 minutes away from the famous town of Siracusa with its Greek remains and the unique old town of Ortigia where there are an abundance of restaurants should you wish to venture out in the evening and try some local food. Many other interesting towns are within easy reach for sightseeing and exploring.

Casa Lucrezia has been recently restyled with a modern and fresh feel to it. The house offers a spacious and airy living/dining area, which opens onto a terrace with sofa, chairs and a swing from where you can admire the lovely sea view and garden below. Next to the living area there is the kitchen, completely brand new and very well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and 4ring gas hobs and oven. On this floor you can also find the master bedroom and a shower room. The stairs in the living area lead up to further two bedrooms, a double and a twin (suitable for children) simply but tastefully furnished (do note the ceiling is low in both if the upstairs bedrooms) and another shower room.

The glorious garden, the pool and the different levels terraces make Casa Lucrezia the perfect place to spend some lazy days in complete peace and quiet. The pool itself with its rocks, typical of this side of the island, is a wonderful example of how the architecture mixes with the nature. The pool sits in front of the villa with sun loungers and umbrella , a stylish sofa and armchair from where your can admire the sunset, complete the scene. At the back of the pool there is a large covered terrace with tables and chairs, perfect for enjoying your al fresco dinner and a long breakfast overlooking the pool. The barbeque will undoubtedly be very well used to try the freshly caught fish or the tasty meat of the island.

To complete this beautiful setting there is a lawned area at the entrance of the house where your children can easily spend some time in the little playground.
