The sensational panorama offered from this villa makes it a real winner. Built into the granite rocks, positioned above the little village of Porto Rafael, this is a great location for unwinding with a glass of chilled local wine, and gazing at the ever-changing scenery across to La Maddalena.

The pathway leads from the private parking area down into the villa which is open plan and built on different levels. A brand new Mediterranean blue kitchen has been installed and is incorporated into the dining area giving you plenty of space for some great Italian cooking with a 4 ring gas hob, fridge/freezer and full size dishwasher. The main double bedroom with ensuite shower room leads off the lounge and has french doors opening out onto the front terrace - beautiful first thing in the morning. The second bedroom is behind the kitchen and can be made up as a twin or a double plus a second shower room.

Perhaps the most stunning part of this villa is the new terrace that has been built on top of the neighbouring granite rocks – wonderful views in all directions with the possibility of re-energising your body at the same time! At the appointed spot, there has been located a particularly strong magnetic field that is meant to ‘recharge your batteries’ if you are feeling a little on the slow side. Magnetic fields apart, we can guarantee that the view will provide non-stop entertainment, you may find it hard to tear yourselves away.

We can highly recommend this villa for its superb position and consider it great value for money.

Everything about our first trip with Essential Italy made us return for a 2nd time in 4 months.
