This unique property is actually part of one of the original Porto Rafael villas built in the 1960s, the clever design means that you are completely private – the great terrace that leads to the front door is perfect for sunbathing, al-fresco dining, sea-gazing and also keeping up with what the Italians are wearing for the odd party in the piazza just below.

Elena is laid-out on 2 levels and has been built around the granite rock formations, making the rock a feature internally both upstairs and downstairs. On the upper level you will find the comfortable living area, breakfast bar and kitchen equipped with 4 ring hob, oven and fridge. Downstairs is a double bedroom with private terrace, a twin bedroom and a recently refurbished shower room.

The simple furnishings and magnificent location of this spacious apartment have made it a hit with holiday makers for many years, and we are very pleased to be the exclusive handlers for 2010.

Please note: The terrace wall is low and the steps down to the beach are without a handrail making this apartment unsuitable for infants and small children.

The stunning location and views of the beach made this property very good value for money. We took boat trips to the islands and horse riding in the area was beautiful.
