Casa in Pietra Capriccioli

For those seeking a beach holiday, look no further - this cottage is part of a small estate consisting of a private villa and an apartment and is positioned on the very southern tip of the famous Costa Smeralda - only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful fine sandy bay of Capriccioli with its crystal clear turquoise coloured water. Should you wish for a little entertainment, you are only 5 minutes from the beautiful Pevero Golf Course and 10 minutes from Porto Cervo where you can indulge in a little celebrity spotting (August being the best time for this activity).

Pietra sits low in the garden and is completely detached. The granite walled patio complete with sun umbrella is a perfect size for eating al fresco direct from the little BBQ, reading a good book or just enjoying the sunshine and the gardens which are full of indigenous plants and bushes, such as hibiscus and pomegranite trees, setting the scene and giving a lovely perfume. Inside, the cottage has been furnished in the local style with pastel colours and simple wooden furniture. The open plan lounge/dining room leads into the tiny kitchen area which has gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, and washing machine. There is a double bedroom, pretty tiled shower room plus another small twin bedroom with bunk beds being suitable for one child.

The super location combined with the comfortable accommodation makes this a great choice for your beach holiday in Sardinia.
