Sant’Elmo Beach Hotel offers the perfect location for those of you looking to unwind, sit back and just enjoy the spectacular Sardinian coastline. The hotel sits just 350 metres away from its own pale sandy beach which leads gently into the amazingly crystal-clear water. The whole south east corner of the island is famous for its beauty and a drive along the coast will show you some of the most wonderful settings immaginable.

Set in 17 acres, the hotel is built in true Sardinian style with light pastel shades abounding which ensure a Mediterranean feel from the moment you arrive. The main part of the building is home to  reception, a boutique, the Cottage Family rooms, Junior Suites (see below) and the glorious swimming pool with sun terraces. The Cottage Classic rooms are spread out in small terraced groups around the well kept gardens with plenty of space for all.

The rooms, all with furnished patios facing the gardens, are divided into the following categories:

• Cottage Classic – located in terraced buildings. Double room with the possibility of an extra bed, 2–3 persons
• Cottage Family – located in the main part of the building. Double room with a gallery area with 2 single beds (children up to 11 years), 4 persons
• Connecting Cottage – two connecting Cottage Classic rooms, 4 persons
• Connecting double room with Cottage Family – double bedroom connecting with Cottage Family room, 4 adults and 2 children
• Junior Suite – double room with separate living area with double sofa bed, 2–4 persons (hydromassage bath tubs)

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, safe, mini bar, hairdrier and a comfort kit (bathrobe and slippers).

Eating at Sant’Elmo offers a fantastic variety of location and cuisine. A courtesy desk is to be found at the entrance to the main restaurant (Sant’Elmo) where you may make reservations on a daily basis for the restaurant of your choice:

• The Sant’Elmo – buffet style breakfast and dinner for half board residents, traditional fare
• La Rotonda – waiter service with tasty Mediterannean fare
• Il Belvedere – waiter service in romantic sea-view settiing – a la carte menu. Great for a special occasion.
• Open air restaurant serving delicious grilled and roasted meats

For the sportier members of your family, Sant’Elmo offers a wealth of activities. Group classes of canoeing, windsurfing, tennis, swimming, acqua-gym and aerobics are included in the price and you will also find dinghy hire, sailing, flood lit tennis courts, pedaloes, water skiing, diving and boat trips available and payable locally. A small beauty centre ‘The Comfort Zone’ (open June to September) offers a range of massages and treatments which may be booked locally.

Hotel Sant’Elmo is a superb choice for a family holiday with great facilities for children of all ages. The complimentary clubs cater for ages between 4 and 17 with qualified staff and a great range of activities to entertain the little ones leaving mum and dad to enjoy a quiet snooze on the beach.

 ‘The Deluxe Service’ – available from 7 June to 12 September – offers a bottle of local prosecco in your room on arrival, breakfast in La Rotonda restaurant, turn down service with evening servicing of room, daily newspaper delivered to your room, a courtesy kit of beauty products and immediate access to the Guest Relations Staff for any type of assistance.

Should you wish to venture out of the hotel, you will find long sandy beaches in both directions. The little town of Villasimius is just a 14km ride away with its busy square just right for a mid-morning beer and a stroll around the shops. The marina is home to a great selection of yachts and Capo Carbonara offers great views and soft sandy beaches.
