The sensational panorama offered from this villa makes it a real winner. Built into the granite rocks, positioned above the little village of Porto Rafael, this is a great location for unwinding with a glass of chilled local wine, and gazing at the ever-changing scenery across to La Maddalena.

The pathway leads from the private parking area down into the villa which is open plan and built on different levels. There is a comfy lounge which opens up onto a covered patio perfect for alfresco eating, a kitchenette with gas hob and refrigerator and an indoor dining area. The main double bedroom with en-suite shower room leads off the lounge and has french doors opening out onto the front terrace – beautiful first thing in the morning. The second bedroom leads off the kitchen and has 2 twin beds (these can easily be made into a double bed) plus a second shower room.

Perhaps the most stunning part of this villa is the new terrace that has been built on top of the neighbouring granite rocks – wonderful views in all directions with the possibility of re-energising your body at the same time! At the appointed spot, there has been located a particularly strong magnetic field that is meant to ‘recharge your batteries’ if you are feeling a little on the slow side. Magnetic fields apart, we can guarantee that the view will provide non-stop entertainment, you may find it hard to tear yourselves away.
