Essential Italy is very proud to offer our clients this special villa. Perched on the hillside Ripiano has spectacular views over the valley and it will difficult to drag oneself away from the poolside to visit nearby Lucca and explore the beautiful Garfagnana national park.

Entry to the spacious living room is via a series of terraces, all with spectacular views and equipped for eating al fresco. The living space is very comfortable and boasts a lovely fireplace. This house would be ideal for a winter stay – skiing nearby at Abetone.

The well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hobs, oven, fridge-freezer) leads off the living room. There are two double/twin bedrooms on the ground floor, both with their own bathroom. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. Internal stairs lead from the living room to a further 3 double/twin bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. There is also a further bathroom.

The pool uses a salt water electrolysis system and there is a lockable gate, giving parents control over when children can access the pool. The views from the pool, covered dining area and pergola (at the far end of the pool) are breathtaking and complete this fabulous villa as a perfect destination for groups of friends and family. The steeply sloping grounds have been carefully cleared to provide walks and private seating areas.
