Within the grounds of Terra Sessana lies the wonderful property of Lamia. It is often difficult to find private houses for just two with pool, this one is really special.
About 400m meters from the other houses at Terra Sessana this house enjoys privacy and lovely views over the fields beyond the pool. There is private parking and a super covered patio between the house and pool.
Entry is into the open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen is simple with gas hobs, fridge freezer and an unusual built-in sink. The living room is well furnished and has original pugliese stone flooring. There is a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Although the house has thick stone walls it has the added bonus of air conditioning.
Located just a few miles from the marvellous town of Ostuni, Lamia is ideal for couples seeking a country retreat within striking distance of the many charming villages of this area – Alberobello, Martina Franca, Cisternino to name but a few.
The charming owners live in the main house of the property and are on hand should you need any assistance. However should you just wish peace and quiet then Lamia is for you.
