This super holiday home has an air of tranquillity. Recently been refurbished, it sits in beautiful gardens. The caring owner has paid great attention to detail and throughout the house the decoration and furnishings create a real Mediterranean feel. Located close to the charming village of Scopello Morena provides comfortable holiday accommodation in a great position. The small pool in the well kept garden offers a refreshing dip and the beautiful bay just a 2 minute walk away offers great sea swimming.

Entry into the house is via a covered terrace, fully equipped with table and chairs and with a great view over the bay. The large open plan living room / kitchen is spacious and airy with great views over the surrounding area and sea. The kitchen is equipped with hobs, oven, fridge, freezer and breakfast bar. Above the living room there is a second living area which is accessed by a ladder, in all probability you will not use this space other than for storage. The living room makes the most of the wonderful view. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The bathroom has a shower.

The garden surrounds the house and is full of typical Mediterranean plants. The pool, although small is the ideal spot for a refreshing dip before relaxing under the covered gazebo which has a great outdoor cooking area where we believe most of your dining will take place.

Scopello is a charming village with plenty of restaurants and bars. Nearby is the Tonnara, the old Tuna fishing bay which is now a popular swimming area with crystal clear waters and spectacular rock formations. Palermo is only 55km away and with Trapani (25kms), Erice (30kms), Marsala (40kms) all within a short drive you will not be short of things to do and see. (However, in this comfortable house with lovely beach on your doorstep, you may well not venture beyond Scopello.)

Capo San Vito is about 30 minutes drive and is a lively resort with a truly spectacular sandy beach. Just 2 kms along the coast the Natural Park dello Zingaro provides some of the most beautiful coves and cleanest of waters to be found in Sicily. Leave your car at the gates and venture into the park by foot, you will not be disappointed by the stunning scenery of this area.
