Lo Stazzo is surrounded by acres of countryside belonging to one of the larger local families of the area whose dream for many years was to convert the grounds into an elegant country residence. Finally the dream has come true and Lo Stazzo is part of this little bit of paradise where you will also find 10 B&B suites, Il Pagliaio (an independent villa), a good sized swimming pool and a characteristic restaurant serving breakfast and dinner.

The location may not be on the beach but is well placed for many of the famous stretches of coastline plus many more of the not so well known beaches and bays. Easy access to many of the local towns and villages.

Lo Stazzo is an old traditional farm building which offers wonderful accommodation for up to 6 guests. The original wooden beams and stone walls all add to the charm of this independant house and you cannot fail but to love it from the moment you enter. The centrally positioned large lounge and dining area offers pleny of space to leisurely unwind – leading off at one end is a real country kitchen complete with original stone fireplace, 5 gas burners, full size oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, enabling the the keen chef the chance of whipping up some great delicacies. Leading off the other end of the lounge you will find a really romantic double bedroom with 4-poster bed plus ensuite shower room and a further small double bedroom with a charming bathroom boasting an old fashioned free standing tub*. The third bedroom with its own bathroom is on the end of the property and accessed externally – again simply designed and furnished but with style and comfort in mind. Going for perfection, Lo Stazzo has a great private external area at the back of the property accessed from the lounge where you may dine, sunbathe and even swim as there is a gorgeous private pool sunk between the rocks – who could ask for more?

*please note that the second bedroom has a small double bed and is accessed from the inside of main bedroom – great for children but not suitable for friends/couple. There is a door from this bedroom that leads out to the back patio so could be accessed independantly but we do not consider this as an ideal solution.

The restaurant is a real bonus serving both breakfast and dinner (bookable and payable locally). Should you prefer to have an evening out of the kitchen, you may consult the fixed menu (changed every day) or contemplate the à la carte menu knowing that you can enjoy a bottle of excellent local red wine and then just stroll home (or around the grounds if you are feeling romantic!) without having to even look at your car!

The owner is understandably very proud of her new venture and hopes that you will enjoy it as much as she does. Prices for the first year of the venture are extremely reasonable and we are sure that you will have a fantastic and rejuvenating time.
